W12 Conference Centre (Hammersmith Hospital)   The 2026 CATO Research Symposium will take place on 23 June, offering an afternoon of vibrant research, inspiring speakers, and meaningful connections across our clinical academic community. Open to all Imperial Specialised Foundation Doctors, ACFs, clinical PhD fellows, Clinical Lecturers, post-doctoral researchers, and clinical academics in non-medical healthcare professions/’NMAHPP’ (Nurse, Midwife, AHP, Healthcare Scientist, Pharmacy staff, Psychologist), this symposium is your gateway to forging meaningful connections and exploring groundbreaking research. The afternoon will include research presentations selected from the best of the abstracts submitted, a keynote presentation from a world-leading clinical academic (Dame Lesley Regan – a globally renowned expert on gynaecology and miscarriage, and professor at Imperial College), a choice of attending 1 of 2 mini-masterclasses and plenty of networking opportunities with your clinical academic colleagues.
We strongly encourage you to attend and submit an abstract. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your research, present your work, expand your professional network, and compete for prizes awarded to the best abstracts and presentations.
