The Clinical Phenotyping Centre provides infrastructure and services to support translational research, employing a metabonomic approach to derive novel diagnostic and prognostic biomarker models. It brings together state-of-the-art technologies to analyse the chemical makeup of tissue samples, surgical(diathermy) gases or biofluids, including blood and urine, taken at different stages of specific patient journeys.
